Costume suggestions: 
1880's fashion i.e. top hats and petticoats. Costumes are welcomed and encouraged!

Tomato Dill Bisque with Basil oil

Act Two
Hake Kiev, honey gochujang butter, kaffir lime and basil hollandaise
     *Vegetarian Option - Vegetarian Wild Rice Kiev

Act Three
Pan Fried Salmon with butter sauce, butternut parmentier, tender stem and pickled cucumber
     *Vegetarian Option - Substitute ToFu for Salmon

Act Four
Lemongrass Panna Cotta Blueberry compote and white chocolate
